So you have to reduce your Storage in Drive & Gmail?

First, don’t forget to have a look at our previous info on Google Drive Storage.
Do you have a large video file that you know will offset your current storage? You can download large videos from your Drive and move them to Youtube (The storage space on Youtube = limitless). Watch this brief tutorial about safely (GDPR) using Youtube to house your videos:

Sometimes there’s a ton of stuff in front of the other stuff you actually need (so much stuff!). Use this shortcut to hide all the windows/files related to the app you’re looking at. To bring the app back, click on the app in the dock or use command + tab.
